By accessing or using Fan4you you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If this page differs from the version shown at signup, the version you accepted in the product controls.

1. Acceptance

Browsing, creating an account, posting a profile, buying credits, or using any feature on fan4you.app means you have read and agree to these terms. We may update this page from time to time and will show the latest date at the top.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old to use Fan4you. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not impersonating anyone else.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Do not use someone else’s account or create an account in another person’s name without permission.
• Keep your password confidential and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Accounts

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we find false information, failed verification, fraud, or misuse. Suspension may stop remaining promotion packages from running and does not automatically create a refund.

4. User content

You are responsible for the text, photos, reviews, and links you post, including legality and appropriateness. Fan4you may remove or limit content that breaks these rules without prior notice.

• Do not post illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Do not use another person’s photo or data without permission.
• Do not post someone else’s private details such as an address, phone number, or government ID.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or break the law.
• Try to access systems, accounts, or data you are not allowed to use.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Disrupt the service or use unauthorized scripts to inflate activity.
• Create fake accounts or use information that is not true.

Platform scope and safety policy

Fan4you is a social platform for listing and finding friends, partners, dates, companions, sitters, carers, massage therapists, travel buddies, movie companions, and paid outing companions only.

The platform does not support, broker, or participate in the sale of sexual services or prostitution in any form.

Fan4you does not collect money on behalf of listing owners and does not take payment to buy a person’s services. If someone asks you to transfer money off-platform to “reserve” or buy a service, do not pay and report it.

Contact, terms, and any travel or time costs are between users and the profile owner through the channels shown on the profile.

6. Credits, packages, and payments

Prices for credits and Star / Super Star packages are shown on the top-up or package pages. Payments are final and non-refundable except where Fan4you confirms a system error. We may change prices with reasonable notice on the site or official channels.

7. Limitation of liability

Fan4you is an intermediary only, not a direct service provider. To the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, or reputation, arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or Fan4you’s official Telegram group. Do not share passwords or card details in a public chat.
